It'd literally be the equivalent of Teen Titans '03 with VotW action adventure scenarios with SoL comedy bits sprinkled in every episode to help develop each of them over time, thanks to an overarching storyline being set up in the background.
Eventually you'll get an ep where they all meet up thanks to Ame Time Traveling, while Season 2 introduces Council as enemies, at first, but as we see them interact off screen and develop themselves, there will be some more fights before a final enemy they have to team up to defeat. From there it jumps between all of them in an extended universe that explores fun pairings, while showing off powers in cool/comedic ways.
Simple stuff, really.

HoloEN video auditions are pretty strange. I remember them asking "How would you look to emulate the success of popular vtubers, such as Gawr Gura. Is that something you will do and do you think you could even surpass her someday". Implying that it's realistically possible to surpass her growth. I get that it's one of 'those' kind of questions where you can spin it into something positive. But it's like applying for an internship at Apple and being asked how you plan to surpass Bill Gates' legacy.

I think in terms of graduating from most to least likely it goes something like this.

Mori > Gura > Kiara > Ina > Ame

Mori as everyone knows doesn't invest herself enough in the vtubing side, she could leave at any point to pursue her music career once she feels like she's made her connections and has enough money to fall down on.

>Gura
Gura is prone to burning out or sliding into a depression due to the extreme popularity she never asked for - this sort of thing happens to actors, musicians, all over the world. Sometimes it just gets too much.

>Kiara
Kiara is extremely invested in what she does, but would rather do it all without the need of a vtuber persona. At the moment though I think she's comfortable enough to stick around.

Ina, as you said, is very happy with where she is and the only way she would quit is if she truly wants to call it day and wants to focusing on her career as an artist.

>Ame
Ame graduating due to burnout is something that's often brought up, but the fact is she is easily the most reliant on this position she's in. She was poor and even homeless not too many years ago, this was her big break and I can't really see her letting it go unless something goes very wrong.
