/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Otsonny!! Ahh this was a nice collab to wind down with after a busy day. Despite the sometimes stressful nature of the game, unrailed was really pretty chill. It's a good group, doppio and the aussies are all chuuni together and bounce off of each other's nonsense while Nina can either roll with it or play into a leader/mom role. Since iirc she's the only one that really played the game beforehand, she did kind of have to direct everyone and teach them how to play, but things started going smoother once everyone figured out the controls and how laying tracks worked. Before long they had a pretty nice little rhythm going... especially once they died the first time and had to start from the beginning after not making it to a checkpoint ahaha. With that newfound familiarity they worked their way through a number of different biomes, chopping, mining, building, and of course collecting cows for that sweet milk and the buffs it provides. Milk was actually quite the hot topic in this stream... camel milk......... anyways I would gladly purchase from this traveling locomotive business. There were cute/silly moments, like maria making good use of her goxlr and channeling her inner megumin with the power of dynamite, and sonny joining in. EXPLOSION! Actually they were on the same wavelength a few times during the stream, to the point where sonny called her honorary VSF, so cute. I forget who it was (maybe Nina?) that made the comparison of this game to when you're eating a really good meal in silence, but at times that description was pretty apt, a bit like how groups sometimes go quiet when they're focusing hard on plate-up. There was also plenty of small talk along the way, though! After many wagon upgrades and covering a lot of ground they finally called it a night when they made it to hell. Pretty decent progress in a few hours if you ask me.
I don't want to sound like I say this with intent to put down other group dynamics but there is something kind of refreshing about more "wholesome" groups like this (murder aside of course)... I don't know, of course it got loud sometimes but it doesn't feel like as much of a competition to be super high energy or say outrageous shit to be funny, although that can of course be hilarious in its own right. Maybe I just generally prefer comfy collabs... I guess I should just say it's nice sonny can slot pretty comfortably into a variety of lineups and adapt to them. This is a silly family and it was great to see more sonny/doppio interactions; I don't think he quite matches his schizophrenia but he definitely humors him, like with the mind(mine???) reading wagon talk. I'd like to see this group get back together at some point, even if it's unrailed again. Sonny did still sound rough today... guess he's not over his cold yet. Another week without solo streams would suck, but I just want him to be healthy. The me of 2019 would surely never be able to predict how much time I'd spend concernfagging over a grown man in just a few years! Nevertheless, it's still been good to hear his voice... hope he's able to rest up properly so he can recover ASAP. Thanks for the stream everyone, and get well soon taichou. I'd take care of you and force you to rest in a heartbeat if I could. See you later! o7

I love/miss my fatherbrotherhusband!! He lasted longer than I did in OW and it wasn't even a bad timeslot for me, I'll have to vodwatch the rest later. He was cute in those segments and it was really nice hearing his laugh but he sounded rough... please rest up sonny and HBD vox
