Japanese people teach children their name first thing, so they refer to themselves as that first. It starts in school or kindergarten where they learn to use boku or watashi, which is seen as more mature. So of course you have boys who go for ore right away, which is would be slightly cringe if it wasn't cute.

Now we're talking about Idols in their 20s and 30s. All bets are off, make a character that sticks. It's actually a wise decision to refer to themselves by their name or title (Senchou, Danchou etc.) because that way they still keep distance to their characters (slipping into a role) as well as the added benefit of people learning their name whenever they tune in. If they ever speak out of setting, it helps. Stuff like Subaru suddenly using "atashi" just shows how real the conversation actually is, if they go outside to have a meal or drink with other holos they'll slip back to their preferred way of referrencing themselves in order to not attract any unwanted attention.
One interesting bit of proof is Noel's roommate referring to herself as "Danchou" once in her tiddy ASMR streams, realizing it and breaking her fucking keyboard over it. Good for her, her massive tits made sure nobody watching sparks outrage over this. In general, holo fans don't seem to care too much about that stuff, which is good.
