Most are pngtubers. I've seen some 3d ones but they're not that popular.
I'm not that deep into it yet so I don't know much, but 강지 seems to have had a cute live2D, but then again she didn't start out with one so that's why I question mark'd her.
I only found out about her because a chuuba I was watching numberfagged on stream to look for himself and saw her at the top. I honestly can't understand a thing, but both of them sound really cute. Reminds me of some JPtubers I like.
