It sucks, but that's kinda just the state of the "weeb/otaku community" nowadays. Anime and anime-related stuff is really popular; it's not the weird, niche, esoteric thing it once was, and hasn't been for quite a while. Fortunately, the girls' core fanbases -- the ones who are actually supporting them and will always be there -- are very loyal and have some degree of sense by comparison. You shouldn't let the actions of the broader community effect your perception of the actual fanbase.

I doubt, she is a zoomer, her brain starts melting after 3 hours of playing the same game unless its a game she REALLY likes (Outer Wilds).
What I expect her to do on packed weeks is having more than 1 stream a day instead. That way she can still have really packed weeks with 2-3 hours streams like she promised.
She also likes to finish short games in one sitting, and they're perfect for her (Donut, A short Hike and Journey were all good streams). For these games, she's also willing to put 5-6 hours in the same stream as long as they're interesting.

Anyone that watches Ame regularly knows that her INTENTIONS are genuine and she does care a lot about the quality of her streams and making us entertained.
People say they can't trust what she says but honestly with how much shit she's been through recently, I'd give her some time before saying something.
If she does what she said about having 1 packed schedule with 2 streams a day and 1 lighter but with at least ~7 streams, I think she'll find her balance with this new format and most people will be more than happy to accept it.
