Yeah that's definitely a big part of it, it's one thing to like a meme on Twitter, it's another to directly comment on it during a stream.

Honestly meme reviews just don't work for EN/ID because at least for JP it was novel for a little while since Coco sort helped build a little cultural exchange even if she always picked memes that were too text heavy most of the time so she could pad for time explaining the joke to the JP bros.

Most of the memes Kronii likes fall under the "brevity is the wit of the soul" type which don't make for good conversation fodder. As much as I hate tier-list memes, those at least leave some room for discussion at least on the talent side, like if you had one about who would win in a fight and could argue if Suisei could win fairly because she'd probably hide a weapon beforehand.
