Yeah this was already known.
Being able to send fan letters is something I didn't even know if you could or not. They don't advertise it that well. Especially so for IDs, they might not always have that many fans in the first place, so the number of letters is probably low.
But not even getting ONE? That's definitely some shady-ass shit.
I can't help but think these are demoralization tactics. Like, if the liver got it in their head that they had loving fans and could survive outside of niji maybe they'd leave or something and this is to prevent that.
Or well, could just be sheer fucking neglect, since their management was fired - the guys handling fan letters probably won't even know that ID livers exist, and wouldn't bother forwarding them fan letters.

This wouldn't have been a problem if they had some local management who could handle fan letters and forward them to the livers without main management ever having to bother... oh wait
