Lmao doubt it. Pikamee has always liked lolis, I mean both the new Pikamee models she commissioned (Monster and Isekai) were more loli than her original model, though she probably still likes tits.

I don't agree with people that say that Pikamee is more fake now because she's putting on a more high pitched voice for the Henya persona. I think this is a persona she has created to fit her tastes better. Also considering that Pikamee over time started adapting a more high pitched voice rather than the deeper more "natural" voice she started out with, I think she simply LIKES speaking in that voice better. Maybe its more comfortable, maybe it's more fun, maybe she was some introvert tendencies as someone that was bullied as a kid and don't want to be approached by strangers in real life because they recognized her voice while she was out buying tampons.
