Honestly, it depends on what sort of vibe you're going for.
Hololive is family friendly entertainment 90% of the time, so people often watch with their wife and kids - and for those that swear constantly, it just becomes a chore to watch them. They obviously don't complain publicly about this, they just stop watching such holos (but they may complain on anonymous basket weaving boards).

JP swearing has a few levels, where even the first level can be quite bad depending on the tone, facial expression and general intimidation factor of the person saying it. So the same thing that would be scary and bad when said by a yakuza dude just becomes cute and hilarious when said by an anime bunny girl with a funny laugh.
Ofc Japan has worse words as well, more targeted and racist shit, 2ch slang etc. (Fabyuru, Chiigyuu etc.) but Holos stay waaay clear of all of them (very likely to be company policy) so they don't really get in trouble for those.

As an adult, continuous swearing is just a turn off all around. When you're home from work after a hard day, you put on a comfy stream to relax to.. and then, when you hear the exact same shit that you hear way too often at work... it just doesn't feel good for older folks.
Teens and young adults are probably fine with it, "openly swearing is BAAASED, YOU GO KWEEEN!" etc. but ojisans just get turned off by that shit.
