It's probably just a halloween event, not a new member. It's gonna be an animation in which the girls are all yokai hunters and protect the Earth from yokais. And, on the 23rd, mouse, and maybe some of the other girls, will debut yokai hunter outfits.

Yes, and I think so? I remember her saying something about a Christmas one.
The Halloween one is called Yokai Hunter, it was part of the original run from which Trickster came to be, and like Trickster it has been in the lore several times, the artist is unknown currently, Mouse said it was so unique that the eyes will give it away. And her lore is basically same as always, just that in her timeline VShojo are dedicated Yokai Hunters.
