They are very good in terms of articulations, with some hindrances based on the designs of the characters (like skirts limiting leg movement). Visually wise are generally very good for anime style characters, more realistic characters tend to vary quality wise, some with average/terrible looking faces (Kazuma Kiryu being one). You should lurk how to pose them since going full force could damage joints and parts, specially hands. Expect broken parts if you drop it to the ground.
