I've come to accept that Gura is the EN Aqua now. Aqua is her oshi anyway and she wants to be her, so it was probably fated. It's just how it is, enjoy her when she's here, otherwise miss her but live your life too.
She simply won't ever be back like in year 1 again in terms of streaming output and frequency.
