It honestly depends on your personal preferences, I personally love things like ear tapping, ear blowing and heartbeats, but I absolutely hate any kind of ear licking and kind of mouth noises in general.
If you can, you should check out Polka and Okayu's members only ASMR streams, they are absolutely fantastic. And if you can't get a membership for them because poorfag or some other reason, try to look around on the Internet, you should find them relatively quickly.
Outside of Hololive, I very often listen to Patra, she's extremely good at it and is always doing an ASMR stream every Monday
