What's up anon? How have you been feeling? I hope you had a merry Christmas and a happy new year! Its still cold where I live but in a comfy sort of way. I was feeling especially pumped today so I'm making some stir fried noodles with peanut sauce and roast pork. Are there any good shows you've recently gotten into? I just finished rewatching gunsmith cats and now I'm onto bubblegum crisis.

I concur with the other anons. I would also recommend stretching and light exercise/walking/light jogging before you start to help with not running out of breath. If you happen to get a side ache just stretch your torso the other way. It has something to do with bloodflow and oxygen so stretching this way will relieve most of the pain.
