They used to operate that way with KR/ID/IN. The reason EN isn't managed that way is because KR/ID flopped hard from being left to their own devices, and IN was so bad they actually were losing money just paying to keep the offices open in India. Then Anycolor probably felt justified in ending that method of outsourcing staff after KR's various scandals killed both branches.

EN gets a lot more resources than any of those branches got, but it also means the company is generally incompetent in managing those resources because everything they do needs to be approved by JP. It really pisses me off that there's no middleground, the failures of KR/ID are probably directly responsible for how slow they are currently.

I just hope by some miracle one of the boys is a professional violin player who is fluent in french and enjoys BL manga or some shit to make the fujos go wild. Anything to make NijiEN lose their male monopoly and force them to actually care about the girls is a win.
