Both Mitsuru and Fuuka are pretty uninteresting party members in general. I'd say Yukari's the only standout, and she does that by literally just being a normal person instead of the blatant anime character Mitsuru is. It's not bad to be a straight up anime character archetype in a Persona game, but Mitsuru is especially boring, only outclassed by how fucking extraordinarily lame and boring Fuuka is.
