I thought this would just be some dumb TLDR post blindly defending Kronii but this actually explains the whole situation pretty well and why all the shitposting around her reached memetic levels of spite.

The "Unfortunately idol culture is a thing" line was more of a tangential issue she brought onto herself from misnterpreting the drama as some shipping issue. Poor phrasing and doubling down by commenting on a clipper's video resulted in that specific bit of clusterfuck.

Shut the fuck up. If everyone just ignored the collab it wouldn't have been an issue and Kronii wouldn't have gone full retard over it. The fact that longtime members are so two-faced about this whole situation just goes to show that none of them had any principles.

I'm looking forward to Kronii's collab with Vesper this week. Maybe the two of them can sperg out about something they have in common. If we're lucky, a romance will bloom and we can cheer the two of them on in their future lives together! Regardless of what happens, I'm excited to find out.

problem with Kronii and these long arc games is she spreads the playthroughs out over such a long period and so sporadically, took her months to finish Frostpunk. Meanwhile JPs will binge a fucking game over a couple of weeks with long streams to hammer them out before moving on because they probably realize coming back to games in progress over months just isnt good business.
