While Aloe was a complete clusterfuck from the get-go thanks to some unintentional doxx, and CN being caught between a rock and a hard place, this seems to be the first "voluntary" graduation that Cover has had on their hands, and by one of their top grossing talents no less.
It's yet to be seen whether or not she is simply advancing to a managerial staff position (almost literally "graduating" out of streaming) or if there are some outside factors that may have motivated this decision otherwise, but it's a harsh rebuke on what was a "unified family" mentality that Cover had mostly maintained for a while now.
Even disregarding Chink spam, if management is the reason Coco decided to leave, then it shows that no talent in the company, no matter how big and successful, is safe from leaving one day, and that prevents people from getting fully invested in talents in the future.
Rather than unification, I see balkanization since this is still a fresh wound, but only time will tell.
