Just buy fresh mozzarella and some quality salami and/or prosciutto and make them. I make little skewers for work using various deli cuts and mozzarella balls, you can also add some basil, a cherry tomato, and a bit of balsamic glaze or ground pepper to make a prosciutto caprese similar to this that's really fresh and delicious.
