Looks like the recent Phase debuts settled in at high 3-view, but still occasionally get 1k+ streams even without a raid. The exception being the purple loli who is clearly a 4-view.
Looks to be a pretty normal performance. Phase brought in enough new fans to accommodate the new girls. The only problem is, their subscriber numbers continue to be abysmal.

So it seems like Phase did a pretty damn good job all things considered.
Contrast with the new Niji gen that completely crashed and burned on arrival.

I actually don't know. History has taught us that putting together a convention is really hard because so many things can go wrong, even with years of planning. If i had to guess there just wasn't any thorough testing of the setups and their connections with the vtubers themselves. Also throughout the convention there are several areas with no signal and no internet access. It feels like whoever is running Offkai didn't exactly take into consideration what would be required for entertainment they intended to offer. The amount of technical shittery has been abhorrent but it's also a non-profit so I bet they're doing the lowest bidder on everything. Either way Phase is looking great amidst all this.
