I've never watched a bad Poker/Blackjack collab, it doesn't require twitch reflexes and you can just chain several games without getting bogged down for hours if you do One More(TM).
In short. This feels like the ideal thing to do if she ever feels like running a Maroon 3 collab that is fairly simple yet enjoyable, and, here's the kicker, this shit is very flexible because the core assumption of most of these games is that someone can be dealt in.
Speaking of that, I feel like that would be another thing Mori would really enjoy: Larping as a casino dealer and dropping corny lines. Just imagine. Endurance stream in, say, Tabletop Sim or VR chat with Mori having various holos drop in and out gamble while chatting. Obligatory GOXLR sound effects included.
