Both Ame and Gura do that unique, realistic GFE where they ghost you for days and make excuses not to hang out. So, maybe in a way.

Jokes aside, Gura could be GFE if she wanted to, but whether her popularity stops her or something else, we’ll never know. It’s likely multiple reasons. She also seems quite detached from Hololive as an identity for herself as a person, hence the frequent radio silence, which probably has to do with her personal feelings towards work/jobs in general.
Still, she has her intimate moments and shares an emotional bond with her members especially. It’s no surprise she has plenty of gachikois even though she does basically zero real GFE.
