When it comes to Holostars at least doujinshi fails to exist because there's simply not a space for it. I've seen artists on Twitter bemoan the fact that there isn't a Holostars doujin event and be afraid that if they co-opt the Hololive events for their works that they'll get harassed. Nijisanji males get plenty of doujinshi though, you're probably just more familiar with male artists who naturally tend to focus more on females. Male and female artist circles tend to be pretty segregated since the content they're interested in is different.
