>They have some talented girls but they don't stream as frequently as other companies
Two of their chuubas are also staff, one of their chuubas had their mother and aunt die this year, another one has pretty severe mental and autoimmune issues, and every single one of them either has another job, is taking college courses, or both. And even then, Yuuna and Purin still stream so often that they physically exhaust themselves.
This is why Slugma is so highly revered by both the chuubas and this board. Tsunderia, with less money invested and less oil barons in their fanbase, are more of a financial success than Prism. She's the reason why Tsunderia is the most stable startup, because none of that other shit matters. At the end of the day, it's all about the bottom line. And on top of all that, she still looks out for the well-being of the other streamers.
I do agree about Kawaii though. With one exception, they have the same problem of needing exposure as Tsunderia. Nene's doing a lot of the heavy lifting

It varies by company. I know I've heard some startup chuuba talk about a stream quota, but I can't remember which one it was. I can't imagine it was anyone in Tsunderia with how often one of them gets fucked over by life RNG and needs a hiatus, so it was probably Prism
