Everyone wants management to do more for people.
But when they do more, that angers those who want them to do different things, or not do the things they are doing.
Such is the plight of the office worker with authority. Nothing they ever do will be good enough for the people who are underneath them, and they live to take that responsibility, and burden, away from those who they work for. As is true of all people who have held authority, but not full authority, for millennia, as people see them as parasites or blockers to the true holder of Authority, and ignore any good they may do to focus on the ill, which to be fair, always does exist.
It's a shame that there's no better alternative. But that's the truth; the only better alternative is to find a person who does the same thing, but better.

I like the rrat but she still has stuff she can work on. It's her "that looks dope yo" kind of speak annoys me way more than the aussie voice. For one that just sounds dated to me, she might as well literally say "how do you do fellow kids", and she's just a weeb and fucking Australian with a squeaky shrill voice.

That'll fucking NEVER sound right coming out of her growing up in fucking Nor-Cal where that is the default lingo for kids around here, I'm a goddamn authority on that shit. Especially when she tries to have a squeaky clean image otherwise, like holds herself back from swearing at fucking all etc. "That looks fuckin' dope yo" sounds way more authentic and you can bet she'll never talk like that.

Yeah she definitely doesn't give any gosling vibes at all, she's cute in the "maybe I'd do her just dirty and quick" kind of way, a little spunky girl but not like someone you'd get attached to. She is distant, she feels like a kid's cartoon character, safe and sterile and polished, like a corporate committee came up with a ""fun"" character they agreed on the traits for and hired a rather calm / ordinary girl to play it as a role, instead of taking on an actual spontaneous fun girl. I mean, she does not actually have to stick to her stated personality type but it appears she is attempting to do just that for some reason. She has a cute sweet side and I like that but she tries to undo it being loud and shouty but somehow, this comes across different from how ollie does it. Dunno if it's management going "come on just make it happen" or if she herself actually is naturally like that and for some reason it just comes across as cheesy/fake to us naturally.

The Roberu thing I think also may be a factor. People here say "ohh pffft yeah right" but I dunno. Her income crashed so hard, what other explanations even are there? Consider we at best might just consider the Roberu thing a cute 2D crush because -to us- it really feels like nothing at all serious, compared to what else we know about some of the EN2s... but, that roommate background shit may be mostly unknown to a lot of the audience as long as it is never touched on in-stream - unlike that shit, Baelz covered her adoration of Roberu on-stream so even the most naive redditor knows it.

As for time zone, I guess that might be part of it because indogs/flips aren't known as big spenders and I don't think anyone expects them to easily do so to our standards for what constitutes 'a lot'. Aussies/kiwis, I dunno, I guess they're dropping the ball there but clearly Sana is doing just fine in SC and often is at a similar time. Also the Japanese SC more than anyone besides Americans/Canadians and she is both in their time zone and has carefully courted a segment of them as her audience. Still nothing from them too. It's crazy.

As for other things, we did have some hopium that she'd be an EN Pekora and a crazy (but not Pippa or Beatani level) /here/tuber able to talk fucking mad banter with the others, and being literally modeled after an ogey rrat you WOULD THINK she would be saucy, spicy and zany but isn't really, like she has not even the fucking slightest clue how to act in a way that'd take us all for a spin. From what we've heard about model design it seems plausible she was mostly molded out to support such a person behind it but they did not hire someone able to actually hit that expectation for real and just give us the tame PG version. That continual disappointment lingers here but I guess it is possible basically everyone finds her underwhelming because most people have heard of us and know shit can get nuts here and might have low-key thought she would be a lot more wild than she is too.
