Anon, they have a smaller audience and a smaller roster than NijiEN 2022 and you saw what happened to them in 2024.
All it takes is ONE (1) fuckup too many and, unless you accumulated some serious goodwill (like Holo did) that's all it takes.

The reason the "negligible memo" landed so hard on Nijisanji was because of the reputation they built and the reason the "knives out" black screen stream from Elira landed so hard was because of the same thing, there was already a rumor of a "clique" system inside NijiEN.

Now, about Phase: what do you think their reputation is right now?

The same series of misfortunes that fucked Nijisanji can EASILY happen to Phase too if they don't clean their act and start purging their current unruly audience.
Hololive went (forcibly) through that process when the chinese audience got too cocky and Holollive Moments (a clip channel that outranked several of the Holo official channels in subs) even tried for a full blown blackmail manifesto

Hololive did the right thing there and nipped problem right the bud and prevented a "pendulum swing" by making an official post
