The Void stream definitely had some subtle inner struggle (with another Chama) undertone in there, and many of the elements first seen there were later reused in later lore streams. Also, after that stream, she kept on posting fleets like this onto Twitter. You would literally have to be blind to not see that there's some kind of connection going on.

Still, I wouldn't call it a part of the COEXIST arc though. Because that arc officially started with the late night Haato MC stream on Feb 3rd, as confirmed by Chammers in today's holotalk.

She probably already had the idea of HAACHAMA and Akaihaato being different entities for some time and didn't plan on doing anything in particular with it, but the Void stream and the reactions she got from it inspired her to start the whole arc when the topic comes up again in the fateful MC stream. I guess you can call it an unintentional pilot.
