I believe Lia only thinks she's a purebred rugmuncher because of limited exposure to adolescent males during her formative years. This in combination with autism and general anxiety makes her androphobic to the point of inhibiting any sexual feelings towards any prospective mate. Furthermore it explains why she is attracted to 2D males and older male actors, an older male guardian is not percieved as a threat to her safety and while it may seem strange her husbandos are primarily violent, abusive or emotionally distant (inhuman) it is important to remember they are fantasy and do not present any real danger. They also occupy a physical/sexual space that women cannot, mainly a towering, aggressive and dominant presence in her life, it is my belief that Lia is simpy waiting for the right traditionally masculine man to protect her and call her a good girl.
