She's someone who's living the dream yet at the same time she's very approachable, akin to a neighbor turned celebrity. Her personality is both the ideal yet you can also say that she's someone like (You).
Even then, she's the embodiment of living by doing what you love. She puts up one of the least facades in hololive, she is quite literally her character, making it easier to get to know her. Her humor is crude, but that only serves to elevate her cute side even more when she shows it off. Her competitive nature makes her one of the holos that are very tolerable to watch because most of the time she's not acting like a headless chicken in games.
Her never give up attitude is really inspiring and isn't particularly overbearing, partly due to you knowing where she comes from. The contrast of being a cool idol in her performances while being a massive dork in her streams is something she does very well at balancing.
She's one of the holos who work their hardest to put on a show for her fans because she wants to, not because she wants to get money out of it. She makes her 3D lives free so everyone can see it and talk about it, and only asks that people give her more work to do rather than making people purchase it.
Her prideful attitude (in only wanting to show only the best for herself and her fans) is kept in check by her down-to-earth mentality. She always gives credit where it's due and will never settle for anything unless it's really the most she can give.
She has simple tastes and loves in life, and she doesn't let anything get between her and achieving them.

She is simultaneously the "Otaku Idol" that you cheer for on the stage, and the "Idol Otaku" that cheers for her beside you. HOSIMATI_SUISEI.

Honestly, I admire how open she is about how much she goes against management and how she makes them follow her own bidding sometimes. She forces them to get better and the performances show it, but at the same time she's forced to get better under limitations, which lets her maximize what she can do with what she has.
Suisei usually says after her lives "This is the best that I can provide at this time" and I can believe her. She knows that she's probably the biggest pain in the ass in Cover with how much she demands from the company but I can certainly say that she deserves the treatment (in that she's allowed to make as many demands as she does). It's as Lamy said one time, every time Suisei does a new 3D live on YouTube, it's like the boundaries of Cover's capabilities get expanded so much more. She wouldn't get that far if she didn't have the attitude to always get better, always find that one detail she can fix, always ask for that one change she can get.

Recognizing Suisei's sub growth (as well as her own growth) over the years is pretty surreal.
It's a day before her second year anniversary in INNK and one of the biggest changes in her life. Back then she barely had 6k subs to her name, and was probably hoping to hit 30k subs before the end of the year.
Suisei kept on hitting her goals before she knew it, 100k, then 200k, then 500k, and now she's 91k away from getting the big 1 million. It might be a good month or two away but what seemed so far away is now so close to her reach.

Really one of the most soulful covers in all of hololive, it gives me a bit of chills to just imagine how it was like in her perspective, to go from INNK and all of its troubles to Hololive and to be welcomed by so many people. I can only begin to imagine the depths of her thoughts, how she thought of quitting vtubing for so long, only to soldier through it, as well as the things that she hasn't told us and only kept to herself. To the fans of Suisei who just came as she debuted her new costume, as well as to her fans in general, it truly was "The story that you don't know." Emoi moments like these feel so natural yet so "Anime", it's one of the things that Suisei has in spades and what keeps me supporting her no matter what.
