The closest thing to 4chan is 5chan's no thread (no pot), but it's only one general thread and it's destroyed.
Sorry to say, but 4chan is currently seen as one of the most unsafe large fan communities.
I'm not saying there are only bad guys, of course, but some of the comments in this thread have already been deleted on 2chan because they're not considered jokes. It's also a self-cleaning process.
