Look archive anon, I'm not a doctor. My general approach to any lumps or pains is just lance it and see what oozes out.
So maybe you should go see a non-quack doctor, get them to prescribe you the medical butthash or something and have that soothe your pain.

What I can suggest though is take a day off. Or a fucking week off. No /vt/, no social media, no discordniggery, no nothing that isnt completely essential. Just chill for a week - catch up on your sleep, tidy your grody house, look after your grody pets and meditate on what you want out of life. Try to find a project or something. Learn a skill.

Here I'll give you one for fucking free - do you know how to program? Even if you don't here's a fun homework assignment for you - take that archive of yours and write a program that catalogues and selects a video for you to watch. How you sort them/metadata them is entirely up to you, and whether you want to leave it as a terminal app or do a GUI or whatever. This way you can spend time doing something that isn't bellyaching and actually create something to further utilise that thing that you've spent all this time doing. Hell you can fucking use it to watch the pink cat VODs.
Just make sure you add a random button. Its unironically the best QoL feature on any platform and fucking Netflix and Jeff Bezos dont do it for some cunting reason.

But yeah, do an internet detox. Sleep, relax etc. We'll be here when you get back, I promise. If you're afraid you wont have the self control to stay away then get yourself vacationed. Post the bathtub from Nyanner's Instagram and get a healthy 2 weeks.

Literally just do this. Post about yourself, maybe some memes, follow people you like, just be a normal account. As your model starts to be built up, maybe post some updates about it, get people noticing that you're an up-and-coming vtuber. Like post sketches, final drawings, then some videos showing off the rigging and you playing around with it.

Eventually do an introductory post, greeting everyone, briefly explaining your gimmick/character, a bit about your personality, maybe what streams you'll be making. From there keep teasing people with your model in action, some voice clips perhaps, up until you've figured out your debut schedule, in which case you should start daily tweeting about the countdown to your debut/first stream.

Stay away from drama, at most retweet or like memes, and mostly just keep updating people about your streams. Also be sure to use hashtags to help people find you. No joke, tons of streamers use these tags to find fellow new chuubas, ESPECIALLY on introductory posts. I'm shocked at how many people viewed my post all because I included #ENVtuber in it.

There's no shame in making sure your twitter is all about your self promotion. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, don't be one of those people constantly shilling yourself in popular vtuber's comment sections. Everyone despises that. Grow your audience slowly and naturally, because people will come.
