I don't think she has ever directly said why but it is fairly easy to make some accurate guesses considering her personality. She likely just feels that collabs are draining in the setup, planning, and how restrictive they are compared to her just solo streaming on a whim, not to mention her general anxiety and huge fear of failure.
She clearly likes collabs whenever she does them as seen with multiple people but she is not the person to invite others to a collab(Aside from the "Look I can be social" burst she had at the last quarter of 2020).
And then she has a pretty strong reputation of being reclusive so it is likely that the other members are reserved when asking her, the result is sololive.

But aside from not getting stuff like more Sankisei or PekoMiko which admittedly does hurt, she prefers this format so in the end that is what she should do.
