I believe it's two sides of the same coin. Playing up a character, a reaper who is there to serve and be a bit softer. Then there's a loner who has only had her own strength to survive, hiding behind harsh imagery and words because it let her express herself.
It leaves things balanced. Both are genuine parts of her as well as intentional creations. A beautiful rose protected by thorns.

Listened to Holy Shitto a few times. Saw mixed feedback here so I was curious.
Conclusion, I like it a lot. It's a solid rap track. Nothing groundbreaking but it's been awhile since she's done one. Plus it has a tone of voice I don't think I've heard from her before (2:20)
Lyrically it's not about owning haters, I saw it as being about not being one in the first place. If you don't like what someone is doing then don't dwell on it, or do it yourself how you want. It's a lesson she had to learn herself.

MV was simple but in a good way. 3D is approaching the point where I say it's overstaying its welcome and I would like stylized 2D MVs to return. We will get those again eventually. Right now they're still improving the 3D model, and it does look good at most points, and it's showing Mori's moves. Despite the tech involved it's like an old school rap MV.
So far I don't think the stuff from Shinigami Night is her best work, but I still have yet to hear a song from her I fully dislike. CapSule has some awesome moments of her and Suisei, Mera Mera is just fun to listen to.

The only way to view this is people getting mad at the rm's continued existence while simultaneously scouring that side and looking for reasons to get angry. If you want Mori specifically then she already explained that she is taking a short break. Hypocrites and dramafags.

She brings Deadbeats wherever she goes because we have a permanent place in her heart...also on any drip featuring a skeleton.

Relistening to Mori vs Calvin, I want to hear Mori rap battle someone for real.

I think some Deadbeats are cool. Some are just so protective that they respond to everything. The ones causing trouble are just the /vt/ sisters who will find something new to bitch about next week. It's just funny that when it's Mori's turn to be their target, it's an avalanche of assholish autism.
