The fact that Toby DM'd her himself on Twitter is already impressive in the first place.
In 6+ years, the man NEVER interacted directly with the Undertale / Deltarune community in any way excepts big musical events, merch and that kind of stuff and for a good reason, he knows how fucking awful it is, and since he already went through Homestuck, he probably don't want to live the same nightmare again.
