It was during the peko kiara collab, after the confrontation with moona. Pekora was showing kiara around the athletics event area which lead to kiara falling to her death, seeing this moona said "pff" in chat, pekora asked kiara what it meant at which point kiara mistranslated it to paint moona in a bad light.

iirc she got so much hate for it that she back tracked in a later stream and claimed she just didn't know what it meant. I think it was the first event that made me hate the chicken.
