Pekora is an excellent streamer. Not my oshi, but I think she's most likely the best streamer in Hololive. The only one I don't have a membership but will still watch full archives. Of gaming streams, even, which I don't usually care as much for. The Last Guardian was great.

I don't even know what game it was, a western "horror ecape" game. She entered a room and the feed got cut off for minutes. Twitter went crazy with "are you okey?" the chat was full with loading icons and axe utube. 15 minutes later after clearing the room and half finished the next room she went online again with the excuse "i wanted to solve the puzzle myself so i didn't watch at the chat at all" like thousands loading icons wouldn't catch her eye. There was also her Siren game where she was running around for 2 hours while the chat was spamming that the key was in the car. Also Disaster Report where she stood still for 20 minutes on a rainy bridge to attack complainers that she isn't really interacting with the chat and just faking interactions.

Not everyone is into sukeban fake gamer GFE without subtitles. EOPs also came home because they can get the western equivalent from mori. Coupled with Korone not collabing with the English or 2 ID holos people actually watch, it basically makes her irrelevant in the global meta narrative. I haven't seen any clips of her recently either, so who the fuck knows what she's even doing aside from mostly staying locked inside her JOP comfort zone.

Not him but point in case, she did stop pandering to foreigners. Whether it's a good idea or not the question, it just helps to partially explain why her -numbers- are there.
Also why I don't necessarily buy into the Korone has a shit personality rrat, she doesn't seem to have a very good one either.

To only point out a few :
- it's always hard for the other girls to get a collab with her, and when they do if it's a multi-collab she doesn't interact that much with the others, worst case scenario with Okayu being there where she's just going to focus all of her attention on her.
- add to that the fact that she honestly doesn't interact with the chat that much. While I'm not a fan of Pekora, she's clearly doing her job as an entertainer and interact with the chat as much as she can even when playing. Korone on the other hand looks like she doesn't give a flying fuck. I remember trying to watch her Subnautica play-through since I like the game, it was a fucking disaster.

Good idea for who? Korone clearly is satisfied on the numbers side of things, or else she wouldn't just stream whatever game she felt like. She's well established enough to keep getting sponsorship deals despite her drop in numbers so, good for her if she prefers to play what she likes to her core fanbase instead of stressing out over numbers, I'd do the same if I were in her position. Collabs and chat interaction all fall within the scope of streaming style and just because you don't like hers that's no basis to judge her on a personal level. The only one who seems like they have a shit personality here is you, assuming the worst of people with little to no grounds to base that on.
