If you're ACTUALLY being serious, the answer is that Nijisanji is gonna flood the market until they get a truly 'dead' wave, that's just what they do.

They are debuting another wave quickly just not to fall behind hololive. Males are going to have a different audience than the girls, so it won't be a issue.

People have been screaming "oversaturation" since 2018 and we've yet to hit such a thing. The VTuber audience isn't static in size and the potential audience the market can grow into is really, really large, so there's no issue. Stop with the dumb doomposting.

I think OP is making the assumption that their viewers are declining over time, which is what is happening to the holos. That's not true, actually their viewers are steadily increasing over time.

yeah, I feel that niji has the best designs, however they just love pumping wave after wave of chuubas to the point some of them are just complete misses. Also I feel that HoloEN is making the same mistake by doing 5 member gens plus a solo in between. I would rather have 3 initial wave plus 2 subsequent ones for any company up to 7-9 members total.

I'll never get why people care about the market being "oversaturated", just means more vtubers to watch even if you mainly stick to one group/company.

I think it's worth noting that the Niji's don't gouge each other's views to much and nor are they pressured too much by the Holos

Pomu could stream against Gura or Ame and still pull 1.9k, which is pretty decent since most of the EN market were exposed to Hololive long before Nijisanji set up shop.

If anything it suggests the Nijis, even Obsydia have a relatively stable core viewership. Petra and Rosemi might be lower but they're also stable in the same way.

From a business perspective that's good because a strong core fan base means you can start thinking about expanding. Whether Anycolour's solution of throwing as many tubers against the wall as possible is the best means of doing that is another question.

But ultimately NijiEN is in a good place right now. 1-2k viewers just looks small because it's low compared to the Holos but it's like comparing Queens of the Stone to the Foo Fighters or Death Grips to Kanye

They're all big, commercially and critically successful and well known but the latter are superstars who play stadiums instead of clubs. Same deal
