HK/SG server player here. It's pretty bad but in time you realize that it's not worth getting annoyed about. For JP streamers and vtubers, it's best to play ranked in JP servers. There's less nonsense in JP but the general "allure" of SEA servers is it's somehow more "stable" at the expense of 1 team that will hotdrop and punch you out even in casuals and "was he a cheetah or was he really just that good?".

I used to be a HK/SG player as well. Just migrate to Tokyo servers completely you won't regret it even with the 100+ ping. There are a lot more griefers and toxicity in those servers and japan server is just multiple times more positive and friendly due to their culture. I've made a few friends even with my scuffed ass jp and it's always fun playing in that server in comparison.. Population is a lot larger so matchmaking is optimal and less cheaters too on prime times. It's a night and day difference comparing any server vs tokyo server you will start enjoying apex with randoms again

I used to go Tokyo but decided to go back to the usual because I'm masochistic and I want to be a little shota punching bag for Qu....
RT it's mostly because movement is more scuffed for me in Tokyo servers and even if it only happens once in a while I still don't like getting hit a second after I'm fully in cover. It wasn't also very night and day in terms of culture since I try to treat my squad well.
