This is standard behaviour when someone does a chargeback. There are some services which provide chargeback insurance or take a larger cut and just protect you entirely from charge backs. This is one benefit of superchats compared to PayPal. You don't have to worry about charge backs. YouTube will handle all of that for you.

The dono dude is a regular and this isnt the first time he has done something like this. Last time he did it apparently while being "drunk" and vei refunded it back to him.

This time vei wanted to refund as well and asked the dude if it was a mistake or what on stream but he didnt answer. Later on she found out the dono dude flagged and reported her few hours after he donoated. And that's pretty much why that tweet was made in OP's thread.
