Mikocchi put me down the hole with the gta gameplays, I really loved how funny and clumsy she was while playing that game (people that watched the original gta walk through know what I'm talking about), I like Gura and to some extent Ina, among holoen. Where do I go from here? There's a lot of choice and I'm a bit confused

Luna basically cover all of those criteria that you want if you're not filtered by her baby voices (Electone streams, a little bit retro gaming with fun commentary, extremely quirky). Miko herself also actually can fit those criteria but she rarely does piano streams these days and even if she does, it's usually on her membership. If tou willing to try ID, then Moona and Reine are also good but Moona's sometimes got to autistic on the game that she can be too focused and Reine don't singing too often albeit when she does, it's absolutely golden. I still can't say anything about Council tho.
