You might want to put the dialogue tag after the dialogue, that's generally considered the normal thing in writing.
Other than that the added action is also something that's normally done, though don't feel the need to always have them do something.

I mean it depends on your style but I'd just make that a paragraph.

Though again depending on your style that may not work.

There's lots of little tricks you can use with dialogue tags. One you don't see that often is purposefully leaving them out for extended periods during a conversation so as to obscure who is actually speaking. Of course, only do this if it serves an actual purpose to the story. Also leave enough context in the speech so that an astute reader may make an educated guess, otherwise it becomes frustrating.

This is it.
Rent’s due in a week, you’ve given a bunch of your stuff away and your small apartment is pretty much devoid of any valuables now.

No family that really cares about you, and your last friend is getting more and more distant with every day. The last text you got from someone was two weeks ago, and that was because they wanted something from you.

Bitterness clutches your heart tightly and bile threatens to climb up your throat as you pull your hood up and stomp through the downpour of rain, following a road down to a place you’ve enjoyed.
Cars drive past and people brush past you- all faceless, but without a doubt all humans with more goals and success than you’ll ever hope to achieve. You weren’t necessarily a failure to your family, just incredibly unremarkable. Your face is right next to the definition of ‘average’ in the dictionary, you’ve never excelled and stood out.

You did what your parents wanted and went to college and got some degree, something random so they’d get off your back, but it was a bad choice. You’re in a bit of debt and this degree in... something about ocean conservation, it was useless. You weren’t able to find a job with it, save for the shitty fast food line cook one that you worked for the past two years.

Your phone rings, but you know who it is. Your manager’s probably pissed you didn’t show up for your shift, but what do you care?

The path turns to sand underneath your shoes, and you see it- a pier that stretches past stormy waves, beckoning you.

A hysterical laugh leaves your chapped lips.

The place you’ve always come when you were stressed, sitting on the edge and meditating until your soul was as calm as the waters below.

Raindrops batter your face and the winds pull your hood off, exposing you to the full relentless force of the rainstorm. Gales howling in your ears, you hum to yourself as you skip down the soaked wooden boards, stomach churning. You’ve come this far, there’s no turning back now!

Swinging your legs over the edge, you stare down at violent waves below you- so cold and hostile. Cold was good, right? Apparently drowning was one of the most peaceful ways to go. You take a deep breath, no longer sure if the liquids on your face are entirely rain or now joined by tears.

“Oi! Hey buddy! What’re you doin’!” A voice, from behind you and about ten meters back.

Sorrow fills you as you realize now you have to scar someone with your actions, but you’ve come to far to stop.

Whispering one last apology to everyone you’ve let down, you jump and plunge into the ocean below. The cold forces your breath out of your lungs, the weight of your soaked clothes pulling you deeper and deeper into the abyss. Your brain screams for air and you wrestle with it, doing your best to do absolutely nothing and expedite your suicide. Your legs flail here and there, but you think you’ve done it.

As your eyes begin to drift closed, you register one thing before falling unconscious and it’s a grip on your neck. Maybe some demon taking you to hell?

It would be awkward, to me at least, to have your protag running around doing everything in third person, because its a very hands off way of doing things. You have no clue what theyre thinking, what their motavations are, or where theyre going. And quite honestly if this were the antagonist, this would be fine, since you're supposed to go find out what the fuck their deal is.
But for your protag you should at least let the reader have a bit of an idea of how they work, otherwise it just reads like a script and you have a fic full of the mc doing actions.

This is just personal opinion, and I wouldnt mind if someone posted a good example of a well written third person fic. It'd be cool to learn something.

It's still third person but the way it's written makes it so that you're still inside the head of the character throughout the paragraph. I don't know any fics written in the archive like this since 2nd person is what most consider the "standard" but I've read fics outside of here that's written entirely in 3rd person or 1st person so you do you man. I think the reason why 2nd person is mostly used here is because it's way easier to put yourself in the protagonist's shoes than let's say limited 3rd person or 1st person. If it's good people will still read it regardless of narrative lens.

What if you spent your time bonding with a homeless Korone- an abused dog girl that’s been hurt most of her life. Passing by her alleyway every day on your way to work. Ordinarily you’d save for something fun like a nicer graphics card or something, but lately you’ve set aside a small part of your paychecks for her.
Making sure she has enough food to eat. Making sure that even if she refuses to directly take anything from you, she has warm clothes and blankets to help her get through the rain and chill.

Instead of going home after work to do whatever, you hang out with Korone. You sit as close as she’ll allow, talking to her. She’s a smart girl, you know this, but so terribly cautious and afraid of everything around her. You know she wants to so desperately trust you, but her experiences just won’t let her.
But you still push on.

Through spring, summer and even fall, you sit on the concrete of a dirty alleyway and talk to this girl who sits huddled under a small cardboard box house. Her ears wiggle when you talk to her, and her tail swishes slowly when you let her know about your day. You ask about hers too of course, but it’s the same old.

Then, one day, the unthinkable happens.
A snowstorm while you’re at work. You hastily excuse yourself and hurry on over, but even as inches of snow begin to pile up, she’s nowhere to be found. Worry gnaws at your heart. She’d never go to a shelter or near any other person for that matter, but where could she be? You spend hours frantically walking through the streets, down even the darkest and sketchiest of alleyways, yelling her name.

You ask other homeless, but nothing.
Even as the sun sets, you keep looking. You call the police, but there’s only so much they’re willing to do for a homeless nobody. Grief sets in, your heart heavy as you try to come to terms with the fact that your friend is gone.

The small, anxious smile of the girl you will never see again.

“... A-Ah... A-Anon..?”

Your eyes look up, and you hadn’t seen her in your panic but there she is. Huddled on your doorstep, shivering and dressed in a pair of sweats and her tattered yellow sweater. What Gura story? Wasn't Porcelain doll a Ayame story? I just picked a random one from the archive who got a lot of attention when posted to make it more convincing. I never "claimed the glory" of the stories, there was no criticism to answer to and say "oh yeah I made that". Just some innocent pretending so that anons could feel hope that maybe Luna's Assistant part 2 would one day exist. It very likely won't, even with the author here, but it's good to dream.
