It really blows my mind that this random anime girl on youtube that I watched by accident because I searched for something about ARK ended up being so dear to me, and also grew to be so successful. The publisher is the one they have to contact. Is Kanata playing GTA with a controller as some kind of a challenge? Literally 99% of her failed missions are because she can't operate the game using it, from misremembering the buttons to just not being able to aim. She's already bad at the game as is, this just makes some situations completely futile and unsolvable for her for no reason.

I just read SIlence Suzuka's and Rice Shower's history and yeah I can totally understand now why Kanata is so into this. Rather this game ticks all the boxes for her.

Basically Silence Suzuka is a horse that betrayed all expectations and was known as one of the fastest horses. However her insane speed was also the cause of her own injury which eventually lead to her death since she couldn't control it always just ran at full speed. The anime pretty much also portrays this pretty well, as she is almost always seen on the field no matter what. Rice Shower is kinda an underdog that was treated as a 'bad guy' in the horse racing world because I think she won against like tournament favorites in different races multiple times. Anyway she didn't have a great reputation but she's really popular with fans. The horse girl version is kinda the same, shy girl that avoids others because she doesn't want to cause trouble but she's really honest and works really hard. Also she was considered kinda frail since the actual horse was apparently small, trained herself to death, got injured at a really important race then went on a hiatus, came back 2 years later and won the hearts of the people, got voted into a fan-voted horse race as the most popular, decided to run but she was clearly injured then collapsed and was euthanized there eventually.

Pretty much inevitable since horse medicine is nowhere near as good as with humans (even when the horses are so incredibly valuable), and their falls tend to be much more damaging than what humans usually get themselves into to do the speed and weight involved.
It's better to just not look up accidents in horse sports that involve jumping.

I'm glad there's now a temporary Shinymas replacement she can stream. LL and Bang Dream just wasn't it cause they were both rhythm games which she is horrible at. Yeah, I kinda felt like it wasn't the same even though I know she likes LL. There wasn't that kind of connection like it was with Shinymas, something that immediately gripped her. Here the stories and the backgrounds of the actual horses made things personal for her. I think it surprised her too, she had basically no investment into the title prior to that she didn't know what she's getting into.

Without looking anything up, I'd have to guess a big yes to that. Just based on what happens to your ears when you go up/down huge hills or in airplanes thanks to air pressure. Normal air pressure never bothers my ears though, but it gives me headaches sometimes if a huge storm system moves through and changes the temperature by like 20c, and presumably the air pressure with it.

I personally feel spoiled by how much Kanata streams lately and for how long. As one of the anons who wanted her to stream Undertale for a while I couldn't be happier right now, it went above and beyond my expectations. Kanata is one of the holos who can't go without streaming for long and I can understand why she feels how she described. I don't think she should be apologizing when it doesn't go her way because of health or other reasons. The fact that she decided against doing a SC reading last stream makes me think she may be on the right track here.

I would rather have rested, happy Kanatan with less frequent streams. She might be overdue on SCs and it probably puts pressure on her, she missed some streams live because of her schedule (sleeping and meetings), that has to be discouraging too. But in the end I think people get what's happening. As long as she understand we just want to see her in a good mood I think it's all good. Her dedicated SC reading streams are so comfy I wouldn't mind her doing another one.

With superchat reading, I'm the type that doesn't really care about it but it's time spent talking with her and everyone so I'd also be sad if it was gone, there really isn't an easy solution to this one that will please everyone so I appreciate that she wants to test out a lot of stuff.
