Umisea is just another group within hololive, almost like Gamers. They just made them collab a lot to obviously promote it and so they could release the tiny videos daily.
I am sure they will do stuff in the future when they have something to show like another song or other shorts. The collabs were cute but I would hate if it was something they were forced to do every week, not even Gamers have collabed that frenquently anyways. It's kinda stupid to call this a failure when it haven't been a month yet, I would agree if more of a year has passed and they haven't done anything with it again.

Try to take any opinion that isn't sucking Cover and Hololive's shit stained asshole into reddit or twitter and watch it get reported/modded/ratio'd/downvoted with shit comments just ego stroking each other. Umisea sucks, they had a good initial concept but not enough preparation and/or marketing and the released content ended up being subpar, especially for the talent pool in it. Ina and Gura might not have a track record yet but there was no excuse for how bad it was with Marine and Aqua in it and everyone knows it. And most likely it's not talent problem since they proved time and time again they can perform so the most likely cause/dropped ball was someone on staff like a project manager. But you can't express it on major social media sites, i've tried and the fans don't want to hear they like eating shit.
