Because she genuinely gets where they're coming from. Kiara has said a few times that she discovered Fubuki & Pekora's streams when she was personally going through a tough time being isolated and hard up in Japan. Watching Hololive gave her a lot of joy in a tough time. So she "gets" her fans who watch her, she doesn't see herself as above them or better than they are, she understands the appeal of her own content and really does want to put on a good show for her fans. She just genuinely cares about and takes an interest in the people who watch her because she wants to be to them what Pekora used to be for her. Which is ironic because Pekora doesn't really do that at all and maintains a much more bold line between herself and her audience, and stays more in-character, whereas Kiara treats her audience more like a bunch of people she's hanging out with.
