The only way to know is through Watame's words if she ever brings it up. Given the sheep confirmed that it was a ticket to watch the stream, she could totally watch the concert on her phone and I highly doubt an onsen hotel would have enough things to distract her.
Only feasible things I could see her from not watching the concert otherwise is if her vacation mood completely turned her brain off from remembering the concert or if she somehow forget the info of her ticket to see the stream live.

According to those Heimins who always summarize Kanata's streams, PPT had been bringing up how she'd like to go on a trip with her a few times now. But I think in this case it seems she intended to make it a solo trip from the start since I think she stated that she'll be pretty busy once the debut comes around, so this is her best chance for some R&R.
