Where are you getting this from? Other than Calli, EN has largely shown no interest in collabing with stars or did but thought “people would be upset” (Amelia). We don’t have a read on Council yet beyond Bae liking Roberu.

JP is almost entirely a non-starter outside of Fubuki/Matsuri/Chico/Robocco. The majority of the ones you listed don’t follow a single Star on Twitter, with many outright stating they’d never interact because “someone would get jealous” like Subaru.

The tide looked like it was turning when Sora showed up in Roberu’s Christmas stream, but that was almost a year ago and there’s been zero progress beyond Arcstars, which hasn’t happened since August. If anything, things have gotten worse with Korone showing concern that there might be issues with her collabing with Sonic the hedgehog vtuber due to being a male. I doubt things will change anytime soon. If Kaoru was still around, we’d probably at least get Watame involved with Stars, and he’d show up at Coco’s graduation.

A few months ago she was looking at the Holopro schedule site and didn't realize it'd show Holostars as well, saw their streams and started panicking and apologizing, couldn't name them or read Temma's name, I believe. I don't know nip so I don't know what she goes on about for five minutes but apparently people thought it was rude enough that she apologized for her reaction in another stream.
