i'm not a doctor, but i suspect the root cause of many of her issues is anxiety (going to affect her stomach/eating/drinking, going to sap her energy, gong to make her feel sick, ect). you could address the symptoms individually but it would be allot of work and she would inevitably lapse.

therefore, I suspect that addressing the root cause of her anxiety response is key, and would probably be hormonal imbalance leading to periods of heightened adrenaline (which directly affects the kidneys, digestive system, lungs, brain and heart).

I see 3 methods of treatment.

A:
drugs. benzos and related drugs are the go to, but i don't like to recomend them because they are addictive and also can have very unpredictable effects on the brain. They are also not assured to work depending on the root cause of the stress response.
I would recommend beta blockers instead, which would temporarily block adrenaline receptors, and reduce the adverse affects on her body. problem is they are not suitable for long term use due to side effects, only temporary relief. That said, if the anxiety only becomes unmanageable once in a while it could be the way to go, and knowing you have the ability to stop them from happening when you need to can often reduce how often they happen.


B:
The best option for dealing with hormonal imbalance in women would effectivly be to activate their natural hormonal reshuffling ability. Probably would be best to consult an ovulation schedule if you happen to have one, and on an optimal day(s), administer repeated insemination. Continue as needed until pregnant.


C:

i havent found anything like ytarchive for twitch, but i havent looked that hard either, since twitch isnt where my archival focus is on. i use streamlink on a script that checks for new streams every 30 seconds. its not a perfect solution, and i have the same fundamental issue with my automated scripts for youtube livestreams. for whatever reason when i try to automate ytarchive to check for any new stream the way my streamlink script works, it bogs my internet connection and i have to restart both my router and my computer. ytarchive still works great when i just feed it the link to a stream, so i use it as a backup. you could maybe reduce the timer to like 15-20 seconds? im not sure how many times a day you can ping twitch servers before they start to bog you, but youtube limits you to like 5k a day. a 15 second repeat would put you over youtubes limits, but might work for twitch? 20 second repeat might be safer. i know 15-30 seconds is way more than the fragments of stream you might miss out on just activating streamlink right when a stream starts, but i only automate as a safeguard against guerilla streams that im away for, i dont rely on them for the bulk of my recordings. i still try to be there for the start of every stream to start recording.

thats an interesting idea, might have to look into that. but no,my script just runs streamlink to check if a channel is live, and to rest for x seconds if it doesnt get anything. i have another script doing the same thing with youtube-dl, that one checks for just regular channel uploads and premieres, anything thats not a livestream basically. this also downloads the livestream vod once youtube finishes processing it, as a backup. because im running 6 scripts across pippas channels, i have to balance the timings of all the scripts so youtube/twitch doesnt throttle my IP. depending on how schizo your chuuba is you can adjust how often it checks for new uploads. i keep a ytarchive script at the ready in case a stream buffers too and interrupts my original script, but otherwise im there to force the script to look for a new stream right when she goes live.
