Multiple reasons. Towa's high profile because of hololive and just winning crcup. Also time matters, late night is prime apex time so there's more people playing which reduces chances to get stream sniped This was early morning on a weekday so she was even getting repeat people in her games that weren't stream sniping. Plus it was her first solo apex in about a month so there's a rarity bonus on top.
