I can't promise you that since I'm not Ollie but I can say that her "obsession" with e-celebs is quite exaggerated on 4chan. Last time she talked about Connor was way back on mousey "speak with the devil" stream and that was a month ago. Joey came in during her Smol ame stream and it was honestly quite funny. She went on to DM his girlfriend and said she wanted to have hot and steamy sex with her and make Joey watch. If you enjoy that type of humor give her a listen but I can't stress enough how rarely it happens, Also she never collabed with anitubers if that is what you are asking. Just found out, it's something that arose out of an choice in translation. "cinta lama kita" translated literally is "our old love", which works a lot better without bring in the ambiguity "our previous relationship" has.
Because of the fact that the English translations were chosen to be sing-a-long, presumably a longer form imperfect equivalent was chosen, which works better phonetically, with the inadvertent cost of how it works semantically if you think about it for a little bit too long, like I did.

Ironically his interactions with his fans and teaming stream snipers for this stream are more interesting than the ones he has with Ollie. Overall I think Ollie's singing for the song is great, and if I listen to the cover in the background it's the perfect package; it's just that the English transcriptions and subtitles the video has are the cover's weakest point, as it both has to work with English that's broken in places and tries making the English subtitles singable but forgets to make them grammatically correct in some fairly critical places. The subtitles effects on the other hand are rather good, even if I'd of heavily prefer more semantic translations.
If I ever sing along to the cover, it'll be in Malay for the Malay sections and English for the English sections, no half-assing.

She only wants to change things in terms of collab partners, and that was back in April, but I feel as though at the time Ollie said that, she was absolutely in no way prepared to take the typical steps to prevent the fallout, if anything she actively liked posts that'd promote it (like weird shipping shit).
On the bright side, Ollie's more consistent about it currently, though I think that's just because she's more self-aware of it since the call-in stream, at might go back to normal soon.
Her typical choices in collabs aren't too different from anyone else in Hololive, barring the chess tournament, but that was so boring that no one gave a shit about that /here/.

There is a couple of nice games in the reccomendations. Metroid Dread, Bioshock, X-COM, Evil Within and Mirror's Edge are my favorite out of bunch. Hope she plays them. Ollie, please don't play any TCGs since they are pretty fucking boring to watch, especially Gwent. Trust me, I do that for a living.

Thanks. I'm probably going to just change some of the incorrectly capitalized words and add in some of the desperately missing punctuation.
Admittedly the only reason I'm really triggered about it is because they're singable and as such are going to be sung by English speakers who are more likely to notice the errors if they sing it.
That and they'll either they correct it subconsciously or sing it as it is written.
Only thing I can't easily correct in the soft subs is the "Be honest with yourself for all" because I think that line needs to be rewritten in a way that matches the original rhythm, and then timing the edited line, and then editing it into the four or so blocks it corresponds to.
The original line it corresponds to was
"Why are you lying? [Just tell me the truth.]" which is honestly pretty difficult to translate without expanding onto it further.
