I see more Niji-KFP overlap than Vshojo. Vshojo draws their fanbase from completely different audiences and have been tapping niche communities. And since they have different audiences, there's more a benefit between Vshojo/HoloEN collabs than there are to NijiEN/HoloEN ones. The only issues here are the radioactive nature of Melody, Vei being a yab machine and everyone except Pink Cat and Ironmouse being a bit boring. KFP are small but they're not casual watchers(Kiara has trained them herself), and non-casual watchers tend to check out deeper into the vtubing sphere, aka NijiEN, HoloID and a few small corpos. I keep seeing the same viewers names in HoloID, NijiEN, Tsunderia, Prism, etc etc for example.

Kiara seems to have lost her passion to play her role in Hololive ever since she left Japan. She doesn't care about Takamori anymore, she sounds straight up annoyed when she streams, she keeps pointing out what hard work streaming is and what girls who dare to send applications even think this is, etc. I just believe that Kiara doesn't enjoy being Kiara because her real life self couldn't accomplish a single dream of hers while Kiara has it all.
